Looking into selling the rolling stock that's currently on my M1028. The tires are 38x13x16 TSL bias ply's with about 1,500 miles on them. They have no dry rot, slices in the sidewall or plugs, and are in great condition. The wheels are aluminum, DOT-legal 8-lug Hutchinson Beadlocks from a D.O.D./boarder-patrol contract, and measure 16x8". They are in near-new shape, with zero damage or rock-rash.
I'm not sure of the exact backspacing on the wheels, but this combo fits/looks excellent on the truck, and pretty much sit flush with the outside lip of the fender wells, with just a hint sticking out past (edit: backspacing is 4.5-inches.) They currently have balancing beads in them, which do a semi-decent job. I'm looking to get $1500 for all. Not really interested in separating. Below is the only pic I have that shows them somewhat clearly, but for anyone interested, I don't mind snapping more. For a size reference, the truck has a total of 5-inches of lift, and I had to trim the front fenders a little so they didn't rub:
