I replaced those with plain dowel pins you can print yourself. See item 4 in the exploded view.

I wish someone made something similar for ratchet extensions, I hate them laying loose in a drawer.
Looks like it will work out nicely.
I plan on making custom inserts for all the drawers in my box, but they will be very specific to my tools.
I just posted the grill bowtie insert for 73-80 on Makerworld.
I also added the bowtie badge into the print profile on the V3 cup holders for people printing from their phones.
Curious what it cost to print the screwdriver tray? Guesstimate on material cost?
Less than one roll of PLA filament, so less than $10 in material. But timewise, I spent at least one full day, well over 12 hours designing it.
So $1210 total cost using a modest hourly rate of $100/hour for design. 
I recall reading earlier in this thread there was a site that is used to post up design files for printing. Is that all open (aka free) or can you charge when someone downloads your design?

Most sites for 3D printing are open source for personal use, some allow commercial sales for free as well, other you can pay for a license to sell or buy models for personal use. Some sites offer a combination.

Seems like one could easily become addicted to using a 3D printer. I just spent an hour looking at… things to print… on one of those sites you linked. When I started looking at the printers mentioned in the thread, they are surprisingly affordable. I can see having shelves full of printable material ( aka 3D ink ) after a year of designing and printing. Then I would want a 3D scanner, which also seem to be affordable, then I would want a designated space to do all this work.
But that all seems normal for anyone that keeps a squarebody in their garage.

My BIL has one and basically said, “let me know if you want to make something.”
If you still have room for the dog bed, it’s under control. 
Look into gridfinity
I really don't like that system. you could eliminate the grid completely and still print the modules and they would work the same. The grid doesn't add any logic to me.
Working on a center console organizer to hold my portable radio and cell phone today. I'll have to get better photos in the daylight tomorrow, it disappears in the console in low light.
