4.3 and S10 stuff

I had an Olds Bravada before this Jimmy and it had the 4.3 spider thingie. That thing ran like crap in the end and ended up going to the crusher. Couldn't afford a new spider so I traded with someone else for a Toro 72" lawnmower and ended up selling that on eVilbay for like $800. I was happy with that trade.

I'll say it's a good workhorse. I've only pulled a few trailers. It doesn't like grades, but when you back it off some...it chugs along ok. I love my s10, it's the Extreme ZQ8 package with Ext cab, BUT it doesn't have the body skirt, ew. It's fun to drive, handles really well, and I can squeeze through downtown los angeles traffic/cars/dumpsters/homeless people/etc easily....more so than any other car I've driven...the truck seems narrower. :) I put 2002 Blazer front brakes on it, that helped stopping power a lot, just need the rear discs also. I even have a tow hook hidden under the bumper. I can say it's been used more times than most Hummer hooks. :)

All it needs is an LS1 (and upgrades for the extra power) and it would make for a great truck.
Pic whore (minus the exhaust tip, it's a dump now, no bed tonneau, no rock shield)

As much as you say it was not possible it is possible I had the truck from the day it rolled off of the assemble till about 3 years ago when I sold it to a friend and it had 286,678 miles. Yes it did have 31.50's my brother put the lift on it and the key to the good gas mileage was the 4.10's, a tune on the computer, and custom exhaust. I drove this drive 3 hours one way all the time in college plus some so it is possible. I do not want to start a rant but it is possible.
