4 spd column help

i finaly found a four speed column,i got it put in wipers,blinkers work but when you turn the key all the way forward nothing
new battery. any ideas?

it's probably the actual ignition switch down at the bottom of the column needs adjusting..

the key switch activates a rod that slides the switch.. take the switch off and manually move the slide with a pick or awl and see if it goes...

It's on the steering column. There is a proceedure for setting it.

i left something out it had a starter button on it....there is a purple wire in the harnees(runs to the starter from the column) and the p o cut it and used a yellow and green wire
for starting the truck.
neutral safety switch was bipassed

the switch on automatic is on the column,manuels its right above the clutch pedal
