4\" speakers in tthe dash

Has anybody ever adapted the dash speaker mounts to hold a couple of 4" speakers? How hard is it? The Fosgate 4T's for Toyotas look like they would be the easiest. The passenger side looks like it would be pretty easy but I don't know about the drivers side.

IMHO the dash speakers suck! Go with door speakers like mine. Don't waste your time.

I've done it... just a little work with a dremel tool and they fit fine.

I'll be going with the Q-lodgic kick panels. Might have to block off the floor vent, but no biggie.

have you seen them? i have the q-logic and got them for 150... i have pictures at my site.
