$150 bucks. both work great, have slight leaks. when i bought it i was told that the guy had rebuilt it and put a shift kit in it. he didnt have paperwork cause he said he did it. It does shift firm, and works well. the torque convertor works great. t case works perfect. Like i said though, this stuff does leak some..
