465 with Novak Hydro Adapt Clutch Problems

I just installed a sm465 and I am using the Novak hydro adapt kit. The problem I am having is with the trans pulled up tight against the bellhousing my clutch fork binds up and will not move. If I back off the trans to bellhousing bolts around a 1/4" and pull the trans back the clutch fork frees up and will move fine. Thanks for any input/help in advance.

Your clutch is not in backwards is it?

fixed the problem...had to use and odd size throwout bearing. The one that came with my clutch kit was too short and the normal gm long throwout was too long. Called novak and got some part numbers for a bearing that was in the middle.
