4l80-e tcase adaptor for 241 round 6 pattern

i am looking for a th400 or 4l80-e 208/241 round 6 bolt pattern tcase adaptor for a swap i am doing.

and yes i know the 400 is a tiny bit diffrent than the 4l80-e but it can be modifyed.

if possible i would like the tall adaptor for a 400/208 from like a cucv truck.

I got one from a 91 burb, 4l80/241 pass drop. One tranny mount bolt was broke off, but other than that, looks to be in good shape. Have the t-case too.....
