My 2018 set of five 40x13.50R17 is available. Nothing is wrong with them, but the 2021 set is inbound to me now, and I don’t need to hang onto these. These will list on Marketplace on 8/20, but I’d rather see them go to someone “in the club.”
They’re Maxxis Razr MTs, the sidewalls are well broken in (they wrap nicely at 13-15psi), and have been surprisingly quiet for a mud terrain. They have about 15k miles on them. No patches, plugs, tears, or other impediments. They have always taken a balance really well, ride smooth on the highway at around 33psi, all have 65-70% tread or better, and (unless you don’t want it) one comes mounted on a spare steel wheel.
The CK5 price is $1500 for the set, including the steel spare. I’d like to think of this as an easy way for someone to get into a set of 40s for a rig that sees both road and trail action.
Delivery to BB21 or somewhere along the route from Dallas is free.
