52" front spring Q's I searched

I dont know whats wrong with the search function, but it isnt working. sooo is the 52" spring the stock rear spring ? do you have to go cross over if you do this ? does it give you lift? and what other mods are needed? thanks ,you guys on this site are very helpfull
