They're just pro-comp shocks that came with the old 6" lift I had on here. Yeah that 4 leaf pack was done after a few trips. I'm not sure that heavy shocks would help, but I'm no expert.
The zero rate made the pack so thick that the draglink hit the spring. I couldn't even get the axle back in place I guess the pic didn't whoe it very close.
Do you have crossover steering? I moved my axle forward the first time without crossover and it moved the draglink forward and the truck could only turn right! :haha: I cut it down some and got it right but moving it much farther forward would have been hard without x-over.

I'm slowly peicing my junk together, I just bought the "KISS" high steer arms from a guy on pirate http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1060729
and I have the pitman arm for the 2wd box, I just need to go grab a box from pick apart and make a drag link, I was going to make it full high steer but a buddy told me the stock knuckles won't handle it so I'll leave the center link in the stock location for now, I'm actually thinking about boxing the front of the frame with sq tube and ditching the b52's....we'll see

You'll like crossover and it's simpler to move your axle forward with it, just make the draglink a little longer. Mine is from ORD. I just spin out the tie rod ends for length. Then I make sure it's angled the way I want and put some BLUE loctite on the jam nuts. Every time I checked the nuts on my draglink they were loose so I got irritated and put red loctite on them. Ooops. :doah::laugh: That was a bitch to get off.
