#1 - is there much road driving problems with this for those who have had it done for a long time?

#2 - is there anymore axle wrap problems with this setup?

#3 - any other major problems ?

i have 56" bds 4" lift springs / diy4x anti axle wrap you build it kit / and custom spring perches so i will be not concered with pinion angles i can set. and i am thinking and leaning to flip the rear shackle to get better flex and eliminate a 3" block i have in there.

main reason for this is i am building my short short crew cab and moving the rear axle up about 35" to shorten the wheel base up. and i want to have just the right amount of frame left for a 4' flat bed on the back and keep the axle were i want it and no extra frame hanging out the back.

thanks for any info.

I've been running 56's backwards for about 4000 miles now, and (unfortunately) that vast majority has been on road. I think the 56's up front have made more of a negative effect to road manners than the rear springs being turned around. I have definitely noticed a LARGE amount of spring wrap though. you can actually feel it if you hold the brakes and get on the gas a bit.

Also my spotter when wheeling has mentioned the axle wrap problem to me more than once when on the trail as well.
