You have a 4" shckle flip in the rear as well? I'm sorry to be so dense, but I don't get it...I even drew myself a picture, but here is my math:

4" Shackle Flip + 3" Spring Lift (4" lift - 1" overload) = 7"

That is what it should be doing the math.
I think it has something to do with the extended shackle pushing the spring out of arch. The removal of the overload changed the rate of the spring probably.

Ahhh...I am just curious becasue I do not want the same type of situation to occur on my rig...thanks for taking the time to explain.
