You must be a nice employee to be working OT for free. I try to take all I can get cuz time and a half x24hrs is mucho dinero on the next check (especially when you got 3-4 extra shifts on a check)

Yup I get paid the same whether I work 45 or 85 hours a week - I just have to work at least 45. The wonder of salary.
