front is completely done now susp wise, and the 39.5 boggers are back on. i just need to refill all fluids, and reconnect the batteries and it should be driveable. the rear starts on wednesday. just a recap of what i did, i took off the 3" body lift and replaced the body mounts with energy susp poly mounts, swapped in a '91 clip, b52 kit with 4" Tuff Country 52's and 7.25 shackles, and NWF reverse hi-steer, i also redrilled the perches 1" so the axle is 3.5" forward. the shackle angle isnt the best, but it will do for now. anyways, here are some pics:

any idea how much lift ive got? im guessing around 8" or so but i dunno.

i also got my h1's sandblasted and primered, and im spray painting them now so if they get messed up on the trail it will be an easy touchup. the new rubbers will be here tomorrow :D

nah, i wanted to, but at the time i couldnt find them for a good price:doah: so i decided to just get the 4" and if it was too big i could just remove the overload. for now im going to keep it in and see how it does, if its too much, ill take it out, but these springs are alot softer than i thought they would be :D

what are you gonna put dually hubs in the front??oh nice work by the way...

nah ive got spacers for front and rear. 3 of the rubbers showed up today (ahead of schedule), and the other will be here in a couple days. i still gatta get the valve stems and o-rings and then get the truck aligned and make sure everything works right before i put the new tires on.

Looking good! :D

Are you going to move the frame hanger back to the forward location? I notice the shackles are vertical. I never saw you decided to do in that thread you posted about them.

I would recommend keeping the overload. I saw a rig running without and there was pretty bad axle wrap.

for now im just going to keep it in the stock location, and see how it does. if it ends up not working as is, ill probably just move the front location via the b52 kit.

thanks for the compliments:D its still not really nice, but im hoping it will eventually get there:haha:

yea sorry, ive been swamped with work. we are almost finished with the 4link rear, so once the truck is back at my house ill shoot more pics of everything and update everything :)

Intrested in seeing what you mean by you swapped a 91 front clip, but I can't see the pics. man I need to quit being a bum and get a money order sent out for my membership hah

the body lift was super easy to get out. took the bolts out, lifted the cab up 1 side at a time with a jack and took the pucks out then drpped it back down
