Hope to have the engine dropped in tomorrow. Probably won't be running until next week some time, waiting on tank straps, need to also run a return line from the lift pump, and install two glow plugs.

What year is your K5? On my '79 I just used the vent line that used to run to the charcoal canister as my return. Didn't even have to change the pickup in the tank.

It's an 82 and only has one line coming off of the fuel tank.
That's weird, my 81 had a vent line going back to the tank...

Yeah, I don't know why it's like that.
Ohh, by the way...the engine is in, had problems with the mounts that I still need to square away today or tomorrow; whenever the rain stops.
