I just put a "rebuilt" 700r4 in my blazer. I installed a new TV cable (the old one was toast) but I'm not sure if I set it correctly.. I followed the directions and internet links I found, but it is acting weird.
I shift into second at around 15 mph, then hit 3rd at around 35-40 mph.. By the time I hit 65 mph I'm runnin at a very high rpm (at least higher than I'm used to). I dont have a tach, but I must be around 4500-5k rpm (maybe close to 6k) at 65.. And its a steady high rpm even going downhill.. At 70 (I know.. im not supposed to do 70 in my old truck..lol..) it sounds like the motor is gonna explode..
