EVEN CHEAPER 2/14/11

I'm finally getting around to cleaning up the shed and yard after i took my truck apart a few months ago. I have a running 6.2 (65k miles approx) from a CUCV, and some other desirable parts kicking around

Realistically I'll get a LOT more money by selling the bits and pieces people need than trying to find a local buyer for the whole engine. Keep in mind this is a whole, running engine, I'll just list the parts that tend to get sold and people need. If you need something else, ask. Prices will come later, for right now just make offers.

All shipping is assuming lower 48 states.

SOLD DB2 injection pump, rebuilt with 2k miles. turned up 1/6 turn. $100 shipped. SOLD

Long, fine thread injectors, set of 8, 65k miles $25 shipped

SOLD Short fine thread injectors, set of 8, 0 miles on rebuild (installed, never started) SOLD

Short fine thread injectors (2), unknown mileage condition, used for mockup $shipping

J-code intake *SOLD*

SOLD LUK flywheel, installed, driven around block. $100 + shipping

SOLD No name clutch kit (disc & plate), 26t, driven once around block. $50 + shipping

Everything after this, just make an offer.

Mechanical fuel pump, 65k miles, worked when pulled.

Vacuum pump

6.5TD gear reduction starter (5k miles)

SI12 alternator (5k miles)

Valve covers and misc etc. All from CUCV truck

Exhaust manifolds from 6.5 turbo van w/ piping to turbo. Same casting numbers are 6.5 HMMWV.

SOLD Set of Hydro clutch pedals, with hydro brake pedal.

1 ton master cyl

Some things people might want, but better deals if local.

early (89) NV3500 trans. Unknown mileage, bought it used, worked fine. Includes shifter stub

late 80s dodge np208 (passenger drop), rebuilt, drove around the block. Currently has flat output flange from 1350CV on rear output, 1310 yoke on front output.

I'm sure there is more kicking around, this is what i can think of off the top of my head! The truck itself has been gone for quite a while. Some of you may remember my project of putting a 6.2 in an S10. It just isn't turning out to be what i wanted. Besides, I really like driving the bmw I got =)

As per the forum rules prices must be posted on all items for sale. I am intersted in a few parts pending prices. Also, do you have a set of injector lines available??

Pricing was just pending a little research. I've probably was underpriced half of it, and am price gouging on the other half anyway. If I'm out of line, tell me. This is about buying some tires, not about getting rich off my latest business scheme.

Yes, I have a full set of lines.

How much for the lines, oil pan and timing cover (provided the cover is not rotted)??

$50 and shipping? tell me if I'm way off base, but it seems the cheapest ebay parts I can find add up to more than that by a good margin. And cleaning an oilpan enough to ship should be lots of fun =)

Are the lines good?? No extra bends/damage??

Is the timing cover not rotted around coolant ports??

Is the pan relatively straight (minor rash not a concern)?? Any rust??

Lines are straight. I havent been into the timing cover to know either way, nothing obvious from the outside, and the pan is fine. I'll be stripping the engine down tomorrow so I should be able to answer these for sure later on in the day.

Sorry, no hydraulic bellhousing. I have an older mechanical 465 here with 32 spline output, but not a hydro bell setup.

I got the front & top of the engine taken apart before my back told me I'd done enough. Timing cover looks great. NO corrosion on the main body of the timing coming, and only a little surface rust on the water pump backing plate. Injector lines are in good shape. Oil pan is.... pierced. Chain slipped, and the engine dropped on a sharp corner.

IP is off and in great shape, as is the j-code intake. Lots of random brackets, pulleys and hardware as well!

DB2 pump I will take, I just need to find out what size injectors I have and then we can finalize a deal for both, give me a couple of days.
Paypal good?

For the hydro boost, are you wanting the PS pump, liness, booster & master or just the booster and madter? My pump is suspect it might work, the lines are hacked up. The booster is fine but the mounting plate was modified for my s10. The master is great!

For the starter, i just need to pull it and see if it fits in a flat rate box. Ill say $100 for the starter + shipping.

Starter is in great shape. Fit into a large flat rate box, so shipping is $15.

brake booster is non-viable. I forgot I shortened the pushrod when I retrofitted it into the s10.
