I have a 82 6.2 in my Blazer and even though it runs great Im thinking ahead for a rebuild.

I have the origional coarse thread injector heads in but I am planning to buy fine thread heads to swap on.
I read that the turbo injectors will net you more power but will I be getting a lot of black smoke with the added fuel since I wont have a turbo on there? What would installing turbo precombustion chambers do for me being normally aspirated?
Is there any difference between the turbo injectors that would keep me from being able to reuse my injector lines. I know that somewhere along the way they changed the angle of the injector s in the head casting but other than the van injectors that are shorter they are all the same dimensions in the outside right?
Other that having coarse thread injectors are there any other differences between the 1982 and the later 6.2 heads?
