well, just updating this post for future reference. Pulled the pump and dropped it at a local injection shop yesterday. Today they called, the pump is screwed. Pretty much everything related to the fuel metering is seized from it sitting. Possibly had some water or condensation built up in it, and is keeping anything from moving. Pretty much needs a total rebuild.
