6.2L Injection Timing Spec

Let's just say that I'm able to come up with the proper equipment to check the IP timing myself on a 6.2L. What's the actual spec setting I would be aiming for?

If it matters, the engine is an '83 J-code, and has an aftermarket (Banks) turbo on it.
