Trying to get rid of some extra 6.5 parts I have around. I bought a 6.5 diesel motor about a year ago to rob the turbo and serp setup off of for my 6.2. So the motor had a bottom end knock but did run and had a almost freshly rebuilt injection pump.

Injection Pump Sold.

I also have a flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and all hardware from the same 6.5 engine (I do not have the transmission). Truck had an NV4500 trans. Motor/trans mileage was 179,XXX but clutch and pressure plate were replaced at 154,XXX. Flywheel is original GM 139 tooth and in good shape. Clutch is a SACHs brand and pressure plate is a LUK. Came out of running driving truck.

Flywheel and clutch sold

I have other motor related 6.5 parts and accessories let me know if you are looking for something specific (no turbos).

Would consider trades for Dana 60 35 spline locker or 35 spline chro-mo outers. Located in MD 21074 Will ship shoot me a PM or call / text 410-596-8 seven 9 two

The injection pump is an electronic DS-4 Stanadyne part number DS4831-5942 and was a rebuild unit that has about 1,000 miles on it. The PMD (pump mounted driver) was replaced with the newer gray unit at the time of the rebuild. What you see is what you get. This came off a running truck.

Should fit 1994 - 2002 GM 6.5 Turbo Diesels. $300 OBO CK5 price

Flywheel will fit either 6.2 or 6.5 diesel motors. Clutch/pressure plate Should fit 6.5 diesels with NV4500 $100 for all of it (flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, hardware)

Is the flywheel a single-mass or dual-mass?

Bumping this up. Injection Pump is sold but still have the flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate.

Sorry have not been around much. Found the box the flywheel looks pretty good seems flat has a few small blueish spots clutch and pressure plate all look great. I will split the shipping with you $120 shipped for all of it.

Cool. This is a 12" clutch, right? How smoothly did it operate when it was in the truck? Are you the one who replaced it 25,000 miles ago?

Do you have pictures of it?

Yes had to double check. The clutch measures just under 12" SACHs brand P/N SD80168. The pressure plate is LUK.

I did not replace it nor did I ever drive the truck. I bought a blown 6.5 diesel motor for the turbo setup and this flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate were on the motor. It came out of a flatbed truck and he showed me the paperwork on the new injection pump (old injection pump leaked diesel into the motor and shortly after they replaced it the motor started knocking badly then parted the truck out) and the clutch and flywheel.

Pic of Flywheel still on the motor. It has a few rust spots and some very small blue spots could be run as is or very lightly resurfaced if you wanted it perfect. GM 139 tooth.

LUK pressure plate was replaced approx 25K miles ago according to previous owner

SACHs Clutch also replaced approx 25K miles ago. I will also include all the hardware.

Let me know what you think.

Kinda confused by this sentence. Are you saying that he showed you paperwork for the IP AND the clutch/flywheel, or just the IP? :dunno:

Otherwise, it looks good to me.

Yes sorry he did have paperwork on when the clutch and pressure plate was replaced which was approx 25K miles before they parted the truck. Shoot me a PM if you are interested and I am sure we can work something out.

Forum is telling me that I can't start a conversation right now. :dunno: Can you send me a PM?
