6" lifted 74 Blazer, What King Shock Length?

Depends. On a lot of things.
Best way to figure it out is to atriculate the suspension. Get full droop length. Full compression length. Then go one inch longer. Don't use the shocks as bump stops or limit straps.
Are you looking at bypasses or just normal style shocks?

I have about 5" of lift and I use 14" shocks. using about 12-13" inches of them. I do have custom mounts.

If your spending the money for Kings you will really only need 1. There are so many theories and ways to install shocks it just depends on how much fab skills and tools you have or money to give to the guys who do have those fab skills. Lots of guys use the ford shock tower method to get longer shocks while some of us built the tower mounts into our cages that went into the engine compartment. Here is a pic of what I did
