6 Mpg

I don't remember what mine got on the street but it currently gets about 1 gallon per hour on the trail. :D its been getting better since I have been shedding weight.

works for the street too, get rid of anything in your truck you don't need. weight and aerodynamics.

no still haven't found the problem. but i have a new one went campin and 4x4 this weekend and broke my pinon gear so now is a good time to get a bigger axle

yeah my 82 suburban with a 400ci 2bbl and 38s got 6.9 to the gallon. and some of that was even offroad in 4low i would think you should get better then that

I think there is something wrong with my trail rig, too.I can't seem to get more than 6 or 7 MPG with that thing. What in the $#%&?

Time to set up a hidden camera so you can catch those neighbor kids siphoning your gas.

There are really some low mileages being reported here for some 350's, I'm kind of surprised. I think if I had driven it at 55 on that last trip I probably would have gotten around 12.

somethin aint right

i got a 72 blazer with a built 350 with 2.02 fuely heads and i still manage to get 8 to 10 miles a gallon.im on 35s and 4.10 gears.recalculate with the new gear ratio from stock and i think you are more in the 7 to 8 mpg range.

Just finished a 140 mile freeway trip plus 50 miles off-road constantly climbing from 3000ft to 5000ft on the same tank of gas...off-highway was running the tires at 23.5 PSI the entire time.

Averaged 12MPG. (in the "1986" K5)
