What he said... ^^^^^^

So i removed the rear hangers and shackles, and moved them to the back holes to get an ideaa where they needed to be when i build the new ones.

the shackle angle is way off. i think i should move it back further.

id also like to build the hanger lower and the shackle longer to help ride and travel numbers.

the truck has a bit of lean now. ill lower the front to match since my goal was a lower center of gravity and stance with 35 inch tires

Those are very nice hangers sir.

The misconception on 63"/64" is that a **** load of people started measuring them from eye to eye instead of along the top leaf like you are suppose to...

I would pay good money for a set of those front hangers if you would be willing to make another set.
Nice work:waytogo:

started my rear shackle hanger today. made good progress and will hopefully finish shackles tomorrow. the ride height is getting closer to where i want it and shoud have tons of droop and good travel numbers!

and best make a support brace to the back like oe did or it will twist up the frame good.

ah what am i saying you look like you know what your doing. :haha:

well got everything bolted up, brakes bled, new lines. just need to play with the driveshaft angle some.

night and day dfference in ride quality. cant wait to get the fronts on

Are you not moving the front axle forward at all? Most people move that spring hanger forward instead of back

Unless he's running longer then 52's he would need to move the back hanger back and the fronts forward.
