The shifter is a hinged rod setup so all you have to do is adjust out the linkage. Takes maybe 5 minutes to adjust it where it needs to be.
You're rear driveshaft will be a little bit long (mine was, but I never had a problem with it bottoming out, more piece of mind

), but combine this kit with a zero rate and move the axle back, and it's perfect. The front shaft will be short, and clocked all the way up, you'll need to grind out the CV for clearance and prb shim the front axle a little. A new HA shaft would be the trick.
A 1" body lift will let you clock the thing FLAT with maybe only a small bit of floorboard clearancing.
