$67 shipped Clocking Ring NP208/241 D-300

Unbolt tranny/t-case Then bolt ring to t-case w/ countersunk screws install studs in ring. Rotate t-case to desired position slide tranny and t-case back together. Screw nyloc nuts onto studs. Pretty simple install. Holes are not symmetrical pattern ring only goes on one way use light grade (non heat)thread locker on studs. Thanks Shawn

how exactly do you install this? i cant understand how it all bolts together

I sent you some $$ the other day. Have you gotten a chance to mail it out yet? Dont mean to rush, this is all I need to get my tcase in. :D

When you screw the studs into the ring, do they bottom out against the ring? Just wondering if the studs will turn when you start to tighten the t-case back up the tranny. Also are their any oiling issues with the 208 because this would be going on my daily driver.

I will have to look at that. If my memory serves me correctly the thread is a half inch long on that side and the ring is 3/8" thick so it does not bottom out on the ring but does bottom out on the t-case. However I always bolt on the ring with the tapered allen head bolts and then screw studs in using loctite on those threads anyhow and have never had an issue. Thanks Shawn

I bought a clocking ring from you awhile back and I'll be finally installing it next week. and I was wondering what should all the bolts be torque 2?

I do not use a torque wrench on mine. However I used locktight and tightened it down in a criss cross pattern til I thought it was good. I sell all grade 8 hardware so unless you using a cheater bar it shouldn't matter as long as its tight. Thanks Shawn
