Of course the vinyl is dead. The foam seems ok for the age and abuse, but....
I believe that the brackets are probably in good shape as I have never noticed any movement or strange noises, (from the seat frames)....
I honestly don't have an idea about price. I know there is some value, but I am not looking for top dollar.

How much are you looking to spend boss?
Those look 69-72, so definitely want the brackets... do you have any pics of the entire seats?
I have a limited budget right now so nothing show quality at the moment, you have some for sale?
My seats are really nice, but, not show quality. I was considering an upgrade to TMIs next year. Just putting it out there.
