P Pump are great ones to get!
It has a trans adapter, but not sure what automotive trans will bolt up to it? That adapter can get expensive!
The turbo should be a Holset X35.

P pumps are perfect for truck applications as they came factory with them in the 2500-3500 trucks. Tons of potential. The hx35 turbo shouldn’t be terribly expensive as they were widely produced. I’d go junkyard on that with a rebuild. A decent aftermarket turbo would probably run you a $1000.

Consider it a long block imo.
The pump itself is not quite an on road pump like the dodge one. There are numbers on the tag of the pump that will tell your rebuilder it’s potential to be used in a truck.
There’s lots of small parts that you’d need to make it fit in a truck but it’s not that bad.
Depending on what transmission you want to use will depend on adapter plates for that.
That manifold will put the turbo really high and might hit the hood.

Cal. Just shut down all road trucks over 10 years old. Saw on another forum tons of good and like new turbos on trucks that won't be on the road again.

As I understand it the manifold is reversible. I think @mosesburb did that to his.
