700r4/208 to th400/205 swap

ok as some of yuu know i need a trans for a 84 suburban. well i found a guy that has a th400 and a 205 for 300 green backs and ive seen the 205's for 300 by their selfs so i guess they are pretty good and i know a th400 is a darn good tranny. but if i buy them how had would i be to swap them in place of my 700r4/205's placein my 84 k10? what all would i need to do and would it even be worth it or should i just get another 700r4?

do the th400/205 combo!!!! its mad rare my friend espeically for that price cant go wrong the only thing you wont have is overdrive but depends what kinda rig it is..
