700R4 BLEW UP! replacement?

well.... my 700R4 took a crap in my 91 K5.
what whould I replace it with? I have a 350FI. I want an easy swap (preferably bolt right in)and drive it pretty much every day with some highway driving occasionally.
suggestions?

check out mad dog transmissions, they're on line. My buddy put one in his truck and he really flogs it, no problems yet.
