So, why is it still leaking? 
im not real sure but its the oil pan seal not the rear seal? right? from when you pulled the pan and found all that crap.

looks like the leak is from oil pan or rear main seal because on the transmission bolts. looks like theres no oil.. i got the same problem on my truck before. leaking from oil pan.. when ur driving. the wind pushes the oil back and *flies* to hit the transmission pan. make it looks like it was leaking from there.. so verify if the oil is red or brown.. if its red. trannys leaky! if its brown engines leaky! hope from my small experience helped..

Pan gasket has my vote as the rear main was just replaced when the tranny was out.
