Fluid is red and at the right level 5k miles since filter fluid change. Any ideas?

Throttle valve cable could be out of whack. Or it could be doing 700r4 things

I just measured pressure they are at 75 psi vs 100 psi when I measured at installation for park and neutral. And reverse is 100 vs 150. Full TV is at 125 vs 220.

The TV cable is adjusted properly. So maybe drop pan inspect for metal. Maybe a valve is stuck in the valve body. Or pump going out?

Loss of reverse is usually associated with a broken spline in the reaction sun shell, this will also cause a loss of second and fourth gear. Unfortunately, it sounds like it's rebuild time...
All forward gears work though

"What happened to slips out of gear 2-3 and revs high in first"? Try a manual 1-2 shift about 20mph then let off the throttle while you are in second and see if you have engine braking.

It's just a delayed shift you have to let off the gas for it to up shift and yes there is engine braking. The 1-2 and 2-3 shift just feels funny. I was wrong to call it a slip.

It is probably going through first and then slipping in second, when you lift the throttle it goes into third, then slips again on the 3-4 upshift. This is classic 700R4 behavior when a sun shell loses its spline. I wouldn't kid you

Why would the static pressures be so low then?

You can lose a low/reverse clutch pack or a reverse input clutch pack and still retain normal forward function but those generally fail with a bit of warning. Sun shell spline failure happens in an instant and will not change line pressure reading, ( yours are normal )

Ok but this is stage 2 bto the pressures are supposed to be higher. I kept all my measurements from initial install

If it is an 87-up trans check the small plate behind the valve body at the rear of the trans, that plate covers the reverse circuit and if it is loose you could experience a loss of reverse and lower line pressure.

Yes it's 87 up can you point out in the picture what you are talking about?

Are you talking about the metal line that connects to the aux valve body and goes through a little plate and secured by a bolt? Doesn't seem loose.
