I used a B&M in mine but some people like Trans Go better. Whatever you do put in the heavy duty/towing version and not the street/strip.
You can also look into using a Vette Servo.

i have done the street strip on 2 vehicles, a 96 t-bird, and my k15... the tbird was crazy, the engine rpms dropped so fast that the belts squeaked, but for my truck it was quite lackluster...
now, i jus rebuild my 700 with a B&M kit and did the full race shift kit that is not availible as just a shift kit, only with the rebuild, and it is ridiculous... if your head isnt against the seat back when it shifts, you're gonna get hurt... thats at 4mph in lowrange shifting to 2nd gear /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
