will the adaptor and transfercase from a 700r4 bolt swap out to a turbo 350? also i have a 350 with a 203, will it work?

yes but need spacer kit and special shaft for 350 tranny any tranny shop should help you. and this will keep the dshafts same .

yes it will bolt up and the splines are the same, BUT the length of the outputshaft is different between each transfercase.
