Any idea what stall it is?

Kurt - is your tranny is 27 or 30 spline input...the converter needs to match. No difference on the converter for 2wd or 4wd.

All I know is that the converter is out of a '90 K5. It was a K case.

The stall is factory as far as I know, but I don't have the history on the vehicle it came out of.

Shipping to 05663 would be $30.

Time to go count splines...

I'll see if I can see inside the converter well enough to count them.

The tranny I'm using is out of a 90 K5, shouldn't it be right or do the odds mandate we do the count?

I had to search the net to find where the breaking point is...30 spline looks to be 1986-ish and up. You guys should be good :waytogo:

I would think it would be okay because when I ordered the new torque converter, there was no question about spline count.
