I need the radiator mounts that mount on the engine side of the core support , any and all rubber and hardware .

My 75 core support won't work with my 83's over the top style , theres no holes , and I want plug and play .

I'm 90% positive you can still pick these up from the dealership, if push comes to shove.

I'm 100 percent positive that I will not make it to a dealership . I can't leave my store monday tru friday , I am the manager :D

And don't talk to me about weekends , I work two of those a month too . My spare time is not for overpaying for **** I gave away by accident when being nice .

Pauly,

I have a set of 71 mounts for a 3core if those are what you need. They probably changed design by 75, but they're free if you want them.

What year is your core support? What radiator, 3 core small block (short) or 4 core big block (tall)?

You need the short style mount then... it mounts to the inside face rather than the top like this one on my old '79.

The radiator is shorter and the bracket has 4 bolt holes inline with the 4 on top, but 90* rotated to the back side of the core support. I just don't have a pic of the original bracket that you need :doah:

Sits too hight to use the correct mount , sits too low for my over the top style to work :doah:

You do seem to have a problem there...

Just got done searching radiators available in both years , wow the confusion with my 1983 K5 .

1983 with a 305 could be 17 , 17.5 , 19 , or 19.25 inches tall
1983 with a 6.2 would be either 19 or 19.25 inches tall

1975 with a 350 would be 17 inches tall regardless of rows
1975 K5 with a 400 would be 19.25 inches tall regardless of rows .

So looks like a need the radiator mounting stuff off of a 75 with a 400 <-----

Thanks anyways guys

Kenny , I looked at the bracket in your pic , and it slopes down , thats what I need , and that what az-k5 is bringing me Saturday :thumb:

That bracket is for a 4 core radiator used with the late 70's 454. It worked perfect with my diesel radiator tanks and a 454 core.

Notice how tall the filler cap is compared to the core support... is that similar to your rad?

TTT , I really need this bracket from the above picture . ASAP , need truggy finished soon for Moab . Want same one as above , goes on top of core support , and drops down over radiator .

Please don't make me have to cut a good 80's support , then be forced to find an 80's hood to cut to match :eek1:
