i've got a gm 14 bolt rear axle and wanted to convert my blazer to a dually i also have another axle (same size) but with a limited slip. should i stay with the limited or try and find a dually axle????????

you have a srw 14b
you have a drw 14b with a gov lock

Are you asking if you should keep the drw 14b with limited slip or try and find one with an open diff?

What are your plans for the truck? Dually k5 is kinda :screwy:

if i read that right he wants to make a k5 dually, or stay with a srw 14bolt and a lsd.

whatcha gunna do with a dually blazer?:dunno:

If you are going to switch your truck to dually, find the right axles. Simple as that

Thats gona look crazy.you should def use the dually axle.and you are gona need big fender flairs or newes style rear extended duelly stepside fenders 2 cover the tires.gota see what this thing is gona look like.

i've seen a couple online and they look absolutely amazing, as for plans I'm saving up money to convert it to diesel then i need to rinoline the inside and after thats all finished up i am painting it black, and then add some misc. cosmetic items

as of right now it just looks awesome but it will be useful if i decide to haul something heavy in the future and plus I'm not too worried about it right now because i still have to save the money for the diesel conversion
