For those that dont know I am a Meat cutter, and i found out today the deli department next to me changed out there table/boards like we use, to a stainless table.

So this left 10 24x30x1/2 peices of HDPE they were gonna toss. So i swooped em up for frizzle free. :woot:

Gonna use them for when i do my mini boatsides, as well as make a new skid for my trans case. I know UMWH is a tad more resiliant than this stuff, but at the price of free it cant be beat.

Also three of the boards were practically new so i now have 3 nice cuttin blocks i can use at home. Gonna have to fab a small table to go out with my grill as a cutting station.

The 19th they are opening all of the new stuff in the 4x4 area, as well as free admission for customer appreciation. Of course I have to work. Im actually of this Fri and sat but I think gas money is too tight to make it out there

Alright.... Howza 'bout this:

We both go the week it opens up, and I'll buy you gas. :thumb:
Doesn't have to be Monday.

Either way, I'm goin'....

Nice POV vid Chris! :waytogo: I'm sure you can see a lot better with the doors off too. I thought you were about to roll or something at about 2:13 when you pointed the camera at the back wheel for a second. :eek1: Trick photography...

took a bunch of junk to the dump and got my blazer weighed.

Came in at 6020lbs with the top and doors on, 15g of gas and me in it 200lbs.

Not too bad

If the Sacramento guys do anything near the Sierra's, let me know. I'm up for a fun trail ride before it snows.

Just got back from wheelin with the beast. It was sloppy as hell out there with the rain we had. Aired down for the first time and let me just say WOW what a difference. I usually run 25lbs, went down to 16-17.

Once i got the mud off my tires they hooked up pretty good.

Got a new dent on bottom of my quarterpanel
lost a nut on the bottom of my shock mount so my shock was danglin. bolt hung on so i used a zip tie and its good to go
the bolts on my sector shaft cap on steering box got loose, one of them is stripped. pissed power steering fluid all over. Tightened the other 3 and it seems to be working. need to either get a new box or helicoil this one.

Got stuck on the big pyramid thing and did a number on my 14b cover, but no hole in it!

Overall fun trip

Mike has all the pics/vids.
