I've found LED options for all the lights except this one:

I tried an LED bulb that was supposed to be non-polarity specific, but that didn't work. The turn signal wouldn't flash when the headlights were on.

I would prefer more of a circuit board style light like these side marker lights.

Anyone found anything like that for the lights under the headlights? I'm almost thinking I'll make my own by merging a factory housing with a Grote LED marker light or something.

That's funny that you used a picture of a Bent truck!!!

I am not sure if you want it to look factory, but maybe @500$k5 will post up what he did with his '78. They are dual color.

At least as factory as the marker lights I posted. Don't mind the look of the grid of LEDs.

Well, at least I responded!
:pimp:

I haven't tried any dual intensity retrofit ones yet, so I don't have any help with which ones may work. I have ordered some automotive ones and some T8 replacements from superbrightleds.com. I have been happy with them, but they cost a little more than other online retailers. I did have them take care of some shipping damage in a decent manner, but I don't have much else to tell you about the company to help you find a definite solution.

I just put the grommet mount ones in mine. Had to change the flasher and eliminate the fender mounted clearance light from the turn signal circuit to make it work.

I would have to double check.

I know what you mean about the side marker lights in the fenders. I don't think those will be a problem with mine now because the United Pacific lights I posted above have you rewire the fender markers and add a ground wire.
