I ended up going to fastenal. It was actually really nice. Not very expensive either.
I need to complete a few more things on the case. I sealed up 2 covers so far and played with the gearing some.
How the hell do you keep the idler shaft from spinning while tightening? I'm seeing a guy say 120ft lbs and theres a bunch saying 200? Impact maybe?
Anyways it rolls pretty smooth. 5.33 to 1 is awesome even just sitting on the bench.

Isnt the idler shaft tapered? Knock it in and then tighten it.
I was trying to remember what I did there, I think @obijuank5 is right because I don't remember doing anything special.

Shit I just knocked it until it was flush with the back.
shaft is pressed in tapper on the 1 end . has nothing to do with holding the gear setup for torque setting on the nut . just click it 120-130 ft lb and be done .

Ok got the idler dialed in. Getting ready to button this damn thing up and of course I dont have the ****in circlip for the 80mm output bearing. Who knows where the old shit went.
So I'm dead in the water till I get one in.

Bearing retainer clip ordered and I forgot to out the magnet back in to I got magnetic not plugs from summit. Time to start measuring for crossmember stuff.

What magnet? Mine had none when I disassembled. Sounds like someone forgot this one too between 1972 and now. Haha

This is the plate from beyond precise that I am using. I am not going to do the side mounts for all the reasons mentioned above. I am going to do a single fab bushing setup under the rear output. I have the optional mounting foot for the Eco, but I don't think I am going to use it.
