My old bitch. Got it from my pops about 10 years ago. He bought it from the original owner in '74. So I'm the 3rd owner of the 34 year old hotrod. I've got all the original docs somewhere here. window sheet, bill of sale, owners manual, warrantee book, the whole 9 yards. anyways its been dormant for many years now time to get it out of mothballs..............

paint&stripes are original, glass is original........that sticker on the windshield is a parking pass from the university of Calgary in '74.......the tires on it are bias ply goodyears put on in 1980. No it hasn't been driven much. but thats going to change..............

Beautiful car. Too be in that great of condition and being that old. You must have had a great summer with that thing. I used to have one of those but it was just a rolling chassis/empty shell that I got from a friend for next to nothing. Then I got stupid and traded it for an 83 Trans Am. I still kick myself for doing that.

By the way, have you gotten a hold of your brother yet? About the wheels?

That was my first car! I sure miss that one.

Oh and just found out last night too that its got a fairly rare factory tach. not the fact that it has a tach just the factory 5500 redline. in a 7k factory tach.

.........and I've got a line on a pair of virtually new Garrett turbos. little buggers, that might have a home on a built small block that I'd like to do for it. I decided against putting a bbc in it.

It's currently situation. this'll be a 496 with JE forged pistons. I've got brooks aluminum rods ( not sure I'll use them though) going to go with an Eagle 4.25" forged crank. and probably eagle H beam rods instead of the Brooks.
