only ever seen 1 in my life. old rusted out 2wd 3/4 ton farm truck.
My truck came with one 80 1/2 ton 4x4 it wasn`t nice actually it was f#cked, no pics of it.

Nope, they exist, they are rare, but they do exist.
What years?
The ones I have seen have been early 70's
I have seen 71 and 73.
early 70's had them option. and i have only seen 1 in person like i said before and now this pic posted.

I think that option went away in 73 with the new body style, that pic he posted is clearly layed over the steel floor...not factory.

yeah its a rare option but ive saw one in a factory low mile 73-87 over on 67-72 im pretty sure. Thought it was a 73-80 but dunno when it was discontinued.

the fleet side long bed wood floor trucks only lasted two years in the square body style. 73 which was the first year for that that truck and 74 was the last year basicly gm was trying to use up the rest of the left over parts or it just wasnt a big seller. couldnt exatly load it with a ton or two of gravel with out busting out the bord probly, my guess. wonder what one would look like tubed for a cab and chasey axle, hum i wonder.
