Yikes on that frame crack. Was your frame plated?

The front horns are plated but stop after the steering box. Debating if it's worth it to box it or just do a tube front end

how do you like the Y-link steering setup?

It works good, I don't drive it much but the steering is pretty responsive and drives good. Before I was on crossover and high steer but I couldn't keep it with the new suspension.

I vote tube!

Full hydro on the street is much better than years ago. There is a return to center and road feed back system. Just have to pay for it.

I keep looking at that Ibex 4 seaters, and JHF has a 4 seater coming out. TMR and bomber also make good kits, but only 2 seaters. Be cool if Randy did make a 4 seater bomber.

@MNorby's ibex is bad ass! A buggy would be sweet but is way out of my skills and I'm not over the k5 fever yet.

Never happened. Was always on my mind as I drove. I was anal about going through looking for rubbing before I drove it.

True, I'm in the market for a trailer for the k5. Where we live right now is about 2 hours to any wheeling and I don't really care to drive it that far anymore. 2 hours would be to a smaller ohv park as well. Rubicon, Fordyce, High Lakes are all 3+ hours away
