75 k5 soft top questions

How does the soft tops connect at the windshield of the 73-75 full top trucks? Pics or info would be great and yes I have searched here and Google with no luck.

it snaps into place.

And they don't leak in the rain?

not where it snaps, it does leak around the door windows, i would just use it during the summer.

Ya that's what I wondered. Just trying to come up with an easy way to do a soft top that's easy to take on and off as wanted. I'll definetly have the hard top on in the winter.
