'75 K5 Trail Rig

Amazing rig man, could I get some good pics of the front and rear bumpers. I like the way they be lookin. GL with the sale.

With doors & top. Only one problem with the doors. The door panels will not fit back on due to the door bar on the cage. Also they are raggedy.

NOt really interested in selling without engine/trans at this time. Although I would like to build a mid-sixties Caddy coupe around this engine I have neither the car, money or shop to do it anytime soon. I would hate to let the engine go to waste in the floor somewhere.

It would take some fab work to put a Chevy block back into it.

Pictures of the engine crossmember. It does have kicker braces on both sides. These pics were during mock up.

don't mean to hijack but what headers are you using? I want to get some for my caddy in the blazer.

From the first post.

Engine:
547 Stroker Caddillac. Original 75 model block & crank. Crank was offset ground to achieve longer stroke, nitrited & all rotating assembly was balanced. Eagle "H" beam rods 6.800" length for BBC w/ "P" race bearings. Ross pistons. 1970 model "950" no smog heads. Heads were port matched & bowl ported. Larger valves & springs installed. Potter shaft mounted adjustable rocker set-up. Custom grind Comp Cams camshaft. Edelbrock Performer intake. Jet performance stage 2 Quadrajet. DUI distributor & plug wires. Flowcooler water pump. West Coast Innovators Harmonic dampner. MTS SFI flexplate. Griffen radiator, Flex-a-lite dual electric fan & controller. Mains & heads are studded with ARP fasteners. Eldo oil pan. Custom made headers. Bulldog cast alum valve covers. 140amp altenator. Carter muscle car series fuel pump. MTS gold oil pump.

They started off as BBC headers. I cut them up added caddy flanges & shortened the passenger side to clear the d-shaft.
