And, assuming the "winning bid" was the final deal on this one, its going price was $25,700.00. However, this same dealer/flipper auction Chalet #1513 on ebay a few years back, and as I was preparing to get a screengrab of the auction in its last few seconds, the auction abruptly ended 6 minutes before the end, but ebay showed it later as having a winning bid. The guy told me in connection with my inquiry about this one that he pulled the auction on #1513 and did some kind of deal outside of ebay since it was locally for sale. In the auction of this one here, I forgot to watch out for it when it ended, so I can't say for certain whether it went down to zero seconds left.
