Looking at those pics makes me sick... my frame looks like dog poop! Here’s what the back looks like since I cleaned and painted it. Lol

Got home late tonight and then I had to poop really bad so I got a late start. Then my wife called and I talked to her for about an hour. And then my son came out and we talked about what he needs to order for his, and went over all kinds of ideas. We are both pretty stoked! Going to have a couple BA trucks in a few months! But anyway... can’t complain about getting out here late because it was a good night and it gave me a little time to gather my thoughts and figure out my plan of attack. And I did get it set down to ride height. I think I mentioned it a while back that my frame got @Bent77 when my driveshaft let go so I was fighting some leaning issues. Looks like I got that fixed so I can cross that off the list! Major weight lifted off my brain there.... But anyway... what I was really trying to say is I didn’t do much tonight but still crossed some stuff off my list. Here’s the pics...
Bed is bolted down and all the weight is on the axles.

Looks really low because of the front clip being off and the low sides on the bed but it’s still pretty tall. Or I’m pretty short??? Idk... hood is chin high and I’m tired. Lol

I didn’t get a pic of this last night because the power went out. View attachment 270596Originally I was planning on using the torque mount crossmember for the antiwrap bar but I think I’m going to hang it off the rear cab support? Any thoughts on this?

Looking at the contact point between the crossmember and the frame. Not a lot of meat there, probably no beano on the frame

 I’ll have to look at it and see if I can beef that forker up a little. It might be too far forward anyway.

That is what I was thinking. A lot of those crossmembers are not particularly beefy.

Scored these yesterday. My boss got a stack of drivelines many years ago from a driveline shop that went out of business and these were in the pile. The story is that they are new but wouldn’t balance out. Seem to be plenty beefy so I’ll re-tube them with slip yokes and see if they break. It will make my driveline angles a lot easier to deal with.

Dumb question but is there a bolt hole in the very top of the bellhousing on a big block? My AA bellhousing has the hole but I don’t thing there is a hole in the motor and it has been a while since I saw the back side of a big block.

Negative ghost rider, no bolt at the 12 o'clock position.
