You, and "not smart enough" should never be put in the same sentence.

You and your man-crush.

Those phrases definitely belong together. I'm not smart enough for lots of things. Clutch alignment seems to be one of them. (:doah:) Finding Saturn frames is another thing. And I'm not smart enough to know that mismatching rims are a cardinal sin. I'm not nearly smart enough to figure out what the deal is with the mass execution of nuns and orphans.

I feel dumber and dumber the more I think about it. CK5 has that effect on me.

I'm also too dumb to accept the notion that a 3.08-geared 1/2-ton truck with O/D, 29" tires, and running boards isn't a CK5-approved off road rig. Still haven't grasped that, even after getting winched up the mud bank. I guess I'm a slow learner.

:pimp1:  :burnout:

Been in a pissy mood most of the day Because it's nearly impossible to get out here at a decent time. Then I notice that the dip dot that drilled and tapped the 203 gearcase to mount to the NV4500 must have had his tongue hanging out to too far to one side or something... It's probably close to 5* off! It would have been a simple crossmember build but it turned out to be a pain! Out of all the parts and project trucks I got from the guy there hasn't been one thing that wasn't scabbed together or just completely screwed up beyond repair! Can't decide if it's shame on me for trusting him or shame on him for screwing his friend over!?!? Anyway rant rant rant blah blah blah here's a picture... The welds are kinda meh... The trigger on my welder was having issues and then I just didn't care.

Yep, progress is progress.

I have a weird issue with the NWF mount sitting on a 30 degree angle after the clocking of the 205 if that makes you feel any better.

Greg? Are you wearing nylons again?

Some folks wear nylons, some folks wear rubbers, some folks wear leather or spandex or cotton. Some folks use all of the above. Maybe even at the same time.

I'm not really sure where this train of thought is heading. I need a little help finishing the thought.
