Why? Fitech has a relay built into it for the fuel pump.
I can’t remember where I read it, and honestly I can’t even remember what the exact issue was, but running a heavier wire off of a relay quieted it down and fixed whatever issues they were having. I’ll try and figure out where I read it.

Spent some time out here after work, and took care of most of the in cab wiring. Not a whole lot left to do and the 41 years of cobbled wiring jobs will be fixed with my hack job. Lol
@MTBLAZER89 here is what I did to my switch panel.
These lights were on all the time with constant power to the switches. Terminals 4 and 5 were tied together so I pulled the power wire off the switches and jumped from switch to switch on terminal 4 and cut off the extra 6 connectors. Then I used the part I cut off to jump from switch to switch on terminal 6 and hooked that into my gauge lights. So now those lights only come on with the headlights, and the rest of the switch lights up when it’s on.

Those digital gauges wire up a lot cleaner than standard gauges. I start out trying to keep it clean but by the time you run 5 wires (power, ground, sense, light power, and light ground) to each gauge it still looks a mess.

Thanks guys! Haha @beags86 I was considering the AC an under hood item, but yeah it’s pretty dang important for sure! I do need to find a good place to mount the fork though...

This is definitely turning out a lot nicer than I thought it would. It’s not an @JDNobodi wiring job but it’ll work. I looked all over town for wire that matched the factory colors, but tan, pink, and any lighter colors don’t exist around here. I ended up reusing a few colors, but I tried to tie them into the harness in a way that keeps them separate. I honestly think that anyone with half a clue could pick through the harness and figure it out pretty easy though.
Also... it was hard to find wire in a package that doubled as a dispenser so I emptied out my old 3M super 88 tape containers and made my own dispensers.

I’ll post a couple progress pics in a little bit. Just got back from a lunch date with my wife.

Yeah they’re pretty simple! I did use an analog fuel gauge but that didn’t complicate things too much. If you guys ever want to see how to wire up gauges and keep it clean look under the dash of a boat. It’ll give you a different perspective of things.
